Public transport is nearby. Pets are not allowed, as a neighbor’s cat regularly visits the property. Smoking and events are not permitted. The house is not barrier-free. Please note that on changeover days, dogs and a cat may be present in the house; despite thorough cleaning, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed—therefore, the house is not suitable for guests with severe pet hair allergies.
